Great Product, Service, and Shipping

"Cherry juice was ordered and arrived in good time in perfect condition. Ordering was easy and efficient. The shipping company kept in contact and the packing was excellent. Unique baggies made from recycled plastic were used to cradle the glass containers. The product is delicious as expected. All in all, my first order was a super experience. "

Still waiting for my order

"I ordered products on 8/31, my account was charged at that time. After 5 days with no shipping information, I tried to find the status on the website. The order number associated with my purchase was not recognized, so I inquired through Customer Service. I have been tracking my order through USPS but they don't seem to be in any hurry!
My shipment originated in Indiana, I am next door in Ohio and still have not received! Very unhappy! I probably won't buy from Vitacost again.
