"3 strikes…I’m gone!
1. Autoship order not received. Went into account to find out they wanted an update on my payment info even though my credit card info was up to date. Plus they didn’t contact me to let me know. Anyway, I did reenter my info. And Reentered shipment date.
2. Auto shipment still not received. Went into account to find all my autoship orders gone! Never received any contact from VT to let me know.
3. Now over 2 weeks without items I depend upon - which is why I had set up autoships. Called customer service. They could not reset my autoships. Could not explain. Gave me a rote, “we’re sorry for the inconvenience”. Offered 15% discount- I could already get that as a promo for just for being a customer, and can’t use both. Offered $9 off order, which I found out was only applied to shipping. I get free shipping anyway because my orders are large. So, basically gave me nothing to compensate for their screwup of my account and order.
I asked for overnight shipping, at no cost to me. They finally agreed. So I was a little more satisfied. However, I did not get my shipment overnight, 2 days, 3 days…but 6 days later!
Very disappointing that I did not receive my autoship order, was not contacted about updating my account (which I did), not contacted before (or after) cancelling my account, for no reason. Terrible customer service. No real attempt to make things right. I had to suggest overnight shipping. They agreed to But in the end they didn’t make that happen either
