Small problem two bottles of dandruff shampoo both had the lids loose so both bottles leaked some

Bad packing

"Once again I have sworn off Vitacost. You have great prices and products I WANT to buy, but your packing is a joke. Everything appears to have been thrown in the box and nothing arrived without being tossed around the whole trip leading to broken crackers, etc.
I’m really disappointed and will have to find other sources for the products I use. And if you think I think you give a damn, I don’t.
