"I received my order when I opened up the boxes one of the box of 4 coconut waters was very wet 2 individual boxes were broken at the top and was leaking.
I will not drink from those 2 boxes so I would like a replacement."

"After spending hours getting my order together to take advantage of promos and mesh with supplements I'm low or out of, and waiting almost two weeks, I first texted (not satisfactory) then the next day I called to find out why I had a confirmation number but no tracking number. Vitacost said, essentially, "sorry the order was cancelled". No reason given.
I went through the whole process again, made a new order and this time the credit card was debited and pending but no confirmation number. A couple days later the charge on my card was pending refund, with no explanation. I called and tried to track the order with a live agent who was great, she said she'd get to the bottom of it, but this time there wasn't even a record of what I had ordered and she had to go to her senior, who would get back to me.
I soon got an email saying I needed to provide the cc number, (which I'd already done). NO help was given in finding the order...
I'm not sure what's going on with Vitacost, but it's not consumer friendly and I don't know how to get it fixed. Is this just the way they operate? It really has been horrible, and I'd like to get this fixed so I don't have to start from scratch again...."

"I am a new vitacost customer and maybe a former customer if they don't get it together. I was extremely annoyed with my checkout. Problem 1 was with how they kept changing the formatting of my address, surprised I even received my order. Problem 2 was the paypal option wasn't available. I wasted an hour and walked away frustrated. I completed the process the next day, as the paypal option became available. I ordered 10 glass jars of juice, 5 were broke. The 5 that survived were packed in a strong plastic bubble wrap, the broke jars were packed in paper wrapping. I spoke with customer service, which issued a replacement order. When I checked the delivery status, FedEx posted that the package was damaged in transit and I should contact the merchant. I spoke with customer service again, looking for another replacement order. I was told only 1 replacement order possible and that I would be given a refund and if I still wanted the items I would have to place another order. I asked for a credit for my experiences. I was told company does not do that. I stated that when I purchased the items there was a promo code. I was told they would honor the promo code after I payed full price and contacted customer service again, they would issue me a credit for the amount of the promo code. I am not happy with the amount of time and energy I spent to save a few dollars. There are other merchants in the marketplace who deliver a pleasing, convenient, hassle- free experience. "
