"$300 box of supplements left in a bag 2miles from my house exposed to a public road. Free shipping is to my house not left to guess whether it’s delivered on the ground or on top of HOA mailboxes left for theft on a community road. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted. I drove in the dark when finally notified that the box was left for customer pickup. FED-X inferior drop off not at my house. "

"Delivery is pretty quick. Most items are pkg'd very well ie, bottles in bubble wrap so no chance for breakage. Need a better way to pack bagged Schar crackers, as the last 2 times I ordered they came as mostly crumbs, not ideal for serving. I'm sure they gutted tossed around a lot in shipping, so they took may need some bubble wrap."

"My favorite cookie, a gluten free lemon shortbread, has been hard to find for quite awhile. So, I searched online. One very well known health food store (where I use to buy them), had them online for an astronomical price, close to $50 a box!!!
