"The product I ordered did not arrive when I was told it would and it was something I really needed!!! I was told it would arrive on August 9 and it did not arrive until August 12!!!. I had to leave town before August 12 and I will not be back at this address until August 19!!!! I guess I should have paid extra and ordered it from Amazon!!! At closing, I entered my credit card only to prompted to receive a 6 digit code which was never sent. My cursor locked up and I could not proceed. It was very frustrating. I called for help and after explaining my difficulties, the service agent asked me to repeat myself a few times, only to suggest to refresh and go through my 15 minute process of ordering again. He did not offer to take my order."
