"The package was put into a mud puddle outside of my home by UPS no knock on the door no door bell ring no sticker on the door just dumped in water next to my garbage can the box was soaked when I found it leaving the house. If the box had been shipped via USPS it would have arrived most likely a day sooner and the postal carriers do not pitch and run as the same carrier runs the same rout day after day unlike the too busy to provide service UPS drivers that never collect signatures even when customers pay for them. "
