"Overyall, I've had good experience in the past but this time my order showed as "Under Review" and stayed that way even after the order shipped. I did not get an email saying it had shipped so I had to call. I was told that it had already shipped and the support person told me they would email the tracking number. I never got this email. I called three days later and this time the support person gave me the tracking number and I was able to find the order, which had already arrived. I just checked and the order status still shows as "Under Review" however!!"

"Using a Mac with the Safari browser, the order process was a mess. After selecting Apple Pay, the option to complete my order disappeared. I had approved a purchase amount but could not complete the order.
I did it all again. After completing Apple Pay, I reloaded my screen and then I could see the box to click for Complete My Order.
Very confusing and I was worried about placing 2 orders!"

"Poor customer service and lack of understanding and consideration to correct wrong delivery problem. Ordered Buddies Underpass XXL but sent Size XL. Told did not request return before 30 days therefore, items cannot be exchanged. We're talking Ordered Oct 12th delivered Oct. 15th, and asked to correct order Nov. 20th."
