The Ad says Fast delivery. But when I entered the order it said 7-10 days. In this day and age, when Amazon delivery with 24 hours, it is unacceptable. This is not Fast delivery."

"I was having such a wonderful time, Then I went to apply my discount and it would not take. The text told me to use the discount code Welcome5-X5J5 To receive a 5% discount. Kept giving me 2 to 3 times discount coded valid decided to purchase item without discount when I went back to check the email said just use discount code welcome, but the text showed welcome5-X5J5. Unsure as to why the two different different discount codes, but I did not receive my 5% discount. I will attempt to contact on Monday vitality medical to try to understand why the confusion on different codes to receive the 5% discount. Possibly could get a 5% discount refunded back to my card or on my next order, we will wait and see."

"One of your reps told me since I canceled one of my autoship orders that I would have to start all over again. He said no account could be located for me. So I redid my order and 2 days later my credit card was charged twice and I received a double order. Another rep said she would stop the 1st autoship but didn't. I my 1st autoship was delete from the system so should my credit card info. Your reps need to be on one page and provide better customer service. "

"I use this for bronchitis and/or asthma and when I feel like I am getting sick to knock out any symptoms. This is my second machine - the warranty is like five years (I'm pretty sure I had it longer). it came with a spare kit which is great. Quality product. The switch just happened to break. Again, lots of use and I've travelled with it and took in and out of the box for years!"
