"My product came quickly but I no longer needed it. I did not open it and as soon as it came, I immediately inquired how and where to make a return. I got auto e mail responses but never actually received answers despite sending about 5 e mails. I also called the 800 number to actually speak with a human but the phone number is a non-working number. I would NEVER order from them again. I now have an expensive piece of unopened equipment that I do not need and cannot return because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you have a problem with your order, you are completely out of luck. "

"When placing the order I was asked if billing address and shipping address were the same. I checked the box that should have given me the option to enter a different shipping address. It did not and now it's being shipped to an unsecure address.
Why give the option if you aren't going to allow me to enter the information?
