"The wheelchair I ordered was almost 50% less expensive than the same model on the manufacturer’s website, so much so that I was a little leery of trusting it. But it arrived , brand new and beautiful, exactly on time in perfect condition. My only suggestion is that the buyer should be told that a local “courier” would make the actual delivery, rather than UPS, as both the order form and the tracking document stipulated. When we got a text from some outfit we never heard of asking for details on our residence, we feared we were being scammed. A call to Vitality cleared up the confusion, but it took about 12 hours for the legitimacy to be confirmed. But that was a minor glitch. Overall I’m very satisfied."
