"I’m almost positive that I wouldn’t not be facing this experience if my order was a bulk/large order. I have received two emails since I placed my order concerning the back order status of the main component of my invoice. Each time, the email title would suggest that there’s something I can do to remedy the issue this company has with my order. Despite what they’d have me believe, this email is just informational in nature(to advise that the items are still on back order). I would like to utilize the mesh nebulizer that I purchased the sterile solution for. Unfortunately, this won’t be possible until I receive my shipment.
