"I ordered another 50 winged infusion sets. I already had a prescription with 150 left. An automated e-mail requested a new prescription. I called an hour later and the person on the line saw it on file and said would take care of it. Three days later, nothing. Had to call a second time. It finally got through your system. Your system should be automated and can confirm remaining prescription available, not requiring human intervention. It works fine at drug store!!"
