"I don't want to hassle with getting the paperwork from my dr sent to them. Plenty of other companies ship them to me w out this step. They do not ask for paperwork until they charge you. So I have to wait for a refund. I will be using an easier supplier. Then worst part is they send me 2-4 emails a day. I have no interest in your company. "

"I prefer 3cc syringe with a 22g 1" 1/2" BD Brand syringe w/needle as well attempted to purchase product I just wrote of along a diabetic 1cc w/needle and had to settle for products that will do the job yet not what I wanted that's why I gave my experience a 3 stars. Also you generally have basically every available products with all in stock yet the cub-bards were bare with every product I buy 3 to 4 x's a year out of stock. Not good and will be looking for equivalent prices and products and a new webstore in the past you always had. "I googled a 25 x5/8 needle. This site came up with that needle. I hit add to cart and ordered. When I got the confirmation email it said 20 ga x 1”. I immediately sent an email to there contact us. It had an option for the subject matter that said change order. I included my order number and told them what I wanted. Next thing I know I got a shipping email that said 20 x 1”. I thought well maybe somebody changed it and did not update it but that’s exactly what I got. So I paid for needles I can’t use. Apparently nobody reads there emails. Very disappointed. Will not use again. "
