Limited Order

"I tried to buy 12 canes, but was limited to 9. I decided to settle for that, but gave feedback. Next I got a call from the company on the problem I had. I told them I decided to settle for the 9 and be done with it. If I want mare in the future, I will order by phone, and see how that goes. I have no idea why the quantity was limited on my order. If they were out of stock, that would have made sense, but I didn't receive any explanation."

Shipping??

"An email claims my order shipped on October 11. It's now October 15, and the tracking number says it's sitting in Utah, awaiting a shipping label. I know the USPS isn't terribly efficient, but how can it take four days to attach a shipping label? Oh, and I paid $15 to get it faster. Maybe this isn't Vitality's fault? Or maybe they need to find a better way to ship things? "
