"Placed 1st order and expected it in 3 business days. On day 4 still not arrived - checked my order confirmation & still showed processing and no tracking info available. Called & learned that an email was sent to me from an unknown person's name (would have been deleted as I do not open email from strangers/possible spam) with info about a "test payment" that had been made to my credit card of a "certain amount" not identifed exactly I was to check my banking info and email back what the exact amount was! Are you kidding me???!!! So now I do not have the product that was needed today and I still have to wait another 2-3 business days until they will cancel my order as I requested. There was no way to know this would happen with this company. No other company I have dealt with has worked this way! Either very unprofessional or a scam! "
