"I’m not satisfied with the product I received. My orders have always been for the same product but according to your customer service rep I order this inferior product instead of my usual product order. When I called to return it I was told I couldn’t return the whole order because I had open it and used 1 diaper. I didn’t know this wasn’t my usual order until I opened the package and used one of the diapers. I thought it was the same product I usually order but just in a different packaging. When I realized there was no leak protection I immediately called customer service. The fact that I can’t return the entire order is very upsetting but it also takes an unusual amount of time to receive a return slip, Your return policy is too strict and too long. I will be switching companies."
