"I ordered on April 3. It has now been 5 working days and it hasn't even shipped. Considering I could have ordered on Amazon for the same price, I am sorry I didn't. All Customer Service could tell me about when it would be shipped was NOTHING. I cancelled my order this morning, reordered from another company, and they have already sent me a tracking number.
And now, right after I post a poor review, I get a shipping notification. I talked to them THIS MORNING and they couldn't tell me it had shipped, and confirmed they would cancel. Now, it's shipped? Now, I have to return it? Argh..."
