"My mother is 98 and has been using her first Drive Rollator for several years now. It gives her more confidence to steadily walk or sit if she needs to. We recently purchased a second Rollator to assist her when she lives with my sister out of state. We ordered it one day and it came the next. My sister lives in a fairly remote area, so we were impressed. We are also impressed with the design, quality and durability of the first. "Ordering is ok, site is annoying but functions, but I ordered on Sunday, order was sent on late Tuesday. I paid the money for 2-3 day delivery. Two braces, one coming from Texas the other from California. One from Texas coming a supposedly Friday, thats technically 4 days, the other Monday "or later" that's 5 to more days. I'd actually like to be reimbursed for the extra I paid in shipping since I needed these braces for my son's workouts this weekend. Frustrated."

"No problem with the order until I got to the shipping. There is a charge and I feel it should not take this long. My husband uses this 2 times a day and his old one is broken. He does not need to wait over a week to receive and shipping quicker is way too expensive. We are retired and on fixed income. "

"The last couple of times I tried to place an order on your site, I had problems when actually placing the order. Upon clicking the place order button, it just sits there with the circle of death just spinning. At least twice it completely kicked me out and I had to reenter the whole order again. "
