"I was surprised how quickly this came within a week upon purchase. It was all put together and easy to attach foot rest. I purchased the 19" seat and would highly recommend it for any adult. We have a petite adult who fits in it perfectly. (We bring a pillow for added comfort). Anything narrower would be too small. The seatbelt does not become tight enough but I don't see that as a problem. It's nice and lightweight and easy to fold the back down take the footrest off and throw in the car. The push handles are higher then a wheelchair making it easy if you wanted to hang a bag off of them."

Your customer service person sent it to me, instead of her. Making her wait even longer. This was your mistake
as I stated very clearly where it was to go. Your "remedy" was no remedy.
I had to drive 30* miles to find a UPS store, and at my age and condition, driving is a real chore for me, so I am

"On Sunday, May 5th, I called the main number and was connected with the ?Philippines to check on why my order had not been received. (I had 2 orders and only one had been received). She kept insisting that I only had one order.The person answering could not find my order despite me spelling my name, then my e-mail address and then my tracking number.
After a few minutes she called back and finally said she had found it and it needed 3 business days. I asked to speak with a manager and she said there was none available.
Very frustrating.
