"A friend ordered a new basket for my rollator, using my card. It arrived quickly - great! But it's the wrong size for my rollator. You don't have the right sized basket... I need to return the one you sent me... I'm waiting for permission from you to return it. (Note - I'm legally blind, so I'm dependent on friends to help out...)

Late arrival

"I ordered the back brace i needed. it was supposed to arrive in 2 - 3 days as i paid for, so i could take it on my trip. It did not arrive in time for me to take it with me. Therefore, you did not get an overall positive review. I'm sure it will be at my home when i get back home but that is too late. "
