"I have ordered needles and syringes from here for years, without needing a prescription. However, after needing to change needle sizes I went to order more and made it all the way through payment and check out before being informed that a RX is needed. That should be advertised or noted prior to checkout. "

"The woman who saw me was really good, but my name was incorrectly entered into the system. I have received texts and emails regarding payment. I am still waiting for the actually bill to arrive in the mail. Seems like they need to do a bit of work on their system. I most likely will not go back for any medical assistance."
