Thankful

"I have end stage COPD and a company that delivers oxygen and Cannula no longer carries the 4 foot length and only has 7 foot which I’m always tripping on and fallen a couple times, I tried another company’s 4 foot soft Cannula but it wasn’t soft and was very irritating unfortunately my husband bout 50 of them which I had said not to do until I tried them, so I bought one from Vitality to try it and finally a soft 4 foot that doesn’t end up with air leaks immediately over the ears and they are the softest well made I’ve had yet, so try the Adult softech plus Cannula with green star luman tubing, it’s wonderful "

Shipping Tracking Never Activated

"I clicked on the link of the Vitality email to track the shipment. It showed having no record of the shipment. I tried numerous times. I went to look for the package. It was placed where I did not expect it. The bottom of the cardboard box was wet because of heavy recent rains. It could have been placed closer to the house. All in all, the process was less than desirable. If it happens again I'll have to look for the package twice a day because of the heavy spring rains."

Horrible experience

"I ordered a wheel chair pad. Item sent was different size than description. After serveral phone calls to customer care and email from refund/return dept. I was told i recieved the correct item. After another phone call and pictures sent to customer support i was told in an email that they were going to send the correct item. Second item arrived it was the same as the first. I called customer care again and advised them that I just wanted a refund and the labels to return the two wrong items. After more phone calls and emails i was told they would work on the refund and labels. Been dealing with this issue for almost a month and now they have apparently ghosted me as I have not received a refund nor the labels to return items and have heard nothing from them. The WORST customer care, Refund/Return dept. I have ever dealt with. Buyer Beware."

"Experience was good. I sometimes have to buy spare 60 ml extension tubes or Joey Kangaroo single bags. My only suggestion would be for you to carry extension tubes that I could purchase if necessary."
