"There are countless times I have ordered the wrong product because the photo representing the item was incorrect. Run an audit of the photos please.
Also, virtually impossible to Return wrong items. You’ll need a half day out of your schedule to complete a Return.

"On 2/28 at 8:30am, I placed an order for 2 shoulder braces and paid for 1-2 business day shipping. On Saturday 3/2,
I called to inquire about my order. The attendant didn’t have a tracking number yet, and explained that you require24 hours to process an order. If that is the case, then you should advertise 1-2 day shipping. With your 24 hours to process, the minimum shipping time is actually 2-3 business days."
