"Second time giving my business to this company and it’s always been a problem. This time I placed an order and it was back ordered. Had to wait a month for the potential delivery which was Feb 27, to then find out on that same date that it would be shipped on April ! My business has a lot to do with donations of baby bottles to new mothers that need them and they depended on me just how I depended on this company to deliver my goods. Unfortunately I’ll have to buy full price or with another company for wholesale as this company is misleading. Very unprofessional and not one I would trust. "

What I got are "Cardinal Health" brand hot/cold therapy packs.
I feel duped because I searched and ordered Jack Frost brand specifically in order to replace the exact hot/cold packs that a friend gave to me. Had I known these weren't going to be the brand I actually ordered, I would have bought them on Amazon, where they would have arrived the next day. Disappointing."
