"I went online to order several video games for my son for Christmas on black friday. I could have gone to the store and battled crowds or ordered through target, wish I would have done the order through target instead. But trying to make it a little more convenient I made the mistake of ordering from walmart.com. I should have used past bad experiences with their poor customer service as a reason not to but I did. Once the arrival date came and my games had still not even shipped I decided to contact them to find out why. I got no info from the rep I spoke with and she only advised me of the same info I can access on tracking which stated preparing the order. She first told me to call back tommorow and check again. I advised her this was not a resolution just pushing it off another day for me to deal with the next day with someone else. She agreed...wow, she then transfers me to a supervisor who maintained a rude tone through the whole conversation. She advised me that she did have concern that my games would not be found in the distribution center as so much time had passed in the preparing order stage. She said most likely they couldn't find my products ordered. She never really made any sincere apology for what had happened and said the only options I had were to either keep waiting for the package that may end up cancelling if they continue to be unable to locate them or I could go ahead and cancel the order and if I still wanted the product I would have to now purchase it at regular price as was no longer on sale. So either way I now don't get what I ordered that was on sale and in stock at the time or I can get it replaced but only if I pay them more at regular price. Terrible terrible Terrible customer service, no resolve and by given them my business I got screwed when u could have gone to another retailer and got the same deal and probably recieved what I had ordered."
"I bought the Golds Gym Trainer from Walmart. Com. It arrives and I have the handy man come and put it together. He does that, takes the box to dispose of it. I get on it to work out and it doesn’t work. I call Golds gym who has me download the app visual so he can see what’s wrong. The motor is broken. He says he’s sending the new motor and that I’ll have to put it in myself lol
It’s been 4 weeks and no motor has showed up, so I call Walmart to just return the damn thing. So I set up a date for my day off for fed ex to pick up 12-3
What happens they show up the next day while I’m at work. Now Walmart is telling me I have to take it apart Rebox it before they’ll pick it up. I’m a single woman, can’t even lift the thing, so I guess I’ll have to pay a handy man again to come and take it apart and help me box it and move it!!!! What a fiasco!!!! I’ll never buy anything from Walmart.com again "
"I ordered a Insta Pot 6 qt 10 in 1 programmable pressure cooker on cyber Monday for 89.00. I went into the store to pick up on Tuesday and was told it was out of stock. I could order it again, but the price would be 149.00. It shows in stock in many of the local super centers. I have been trying to support Walmart, but I guess it’s back to Amazon! This is just wrong and an expensive lesson for me!"
"I ordered a pots and pans set with the Google home mini for 59.99, they cancelled my order an hour later saying item is out of stock in stores and online. I immediately called a local WM store to see if they had any in stock. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes for no one to ever come back to the phone. I then called 1800WALMART to see if they could assist. As I'm on hold I'm listening to the pre recorded message and they state " orders are not guaranteed untill you check out", well I was clearly already checked out because I received the cancellation email almost an hour later. About 30mins after that I go back to WM.com and they exact same set with the Google home mini is in stock in all 3 colors but now it's $99.99... I'm on the phone with CS at this point and I kindly ask for my pots and pans set for the price I originally paid an hour ago and I was told no, I then asked if I paid the $99.99 would they give me a gift card for 40.00 to make up the difference, I was then told that the best she could do was to pay the $99+ and she could give me a coupon for $25 off a future purchase.. are you kidding me?? I explained I have been a WM credit card holder for many years, didn't matter! Bunch of BS!! Thanks for listening. "
"Bought an item online and they kept changing the delivery dates without my consent. I have called Walmart.com and spoke with not only their representative but also with their supervisor. They have not refunded my money, compensated me for my time waiting (3 days so far) and HAVE NOT delivered my items.
I also have the whole conversation on a recording with names and dates. I will have this conversation posted on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter...you name it! I’ll have it all over the place so people can stop buying from this company and avoid hassles like this."

The camera did not come, my bank account is empty from paying for it, and not one customer service person on either side (third party seller, or walmart) will do anything to compensate me. "I places an order online Oct 31st and put that I wanted to pick it up on Nov 2 .made 8 trips to Wal-Mart and never received all products paid for so I asked 5 times for items not received now its November 17th and still no refund on all products not received.So please do not trust the Wal-Mart store located at 2110 west walnut in rogers Arkansas
The employees mark that you received items that you didn't.Wal-Mart really should do something about employee theft , I should not have to pay for items not received"
"I bought something on walmart.com said it would be ready same day and same night after buying it all the sudden order delayed because not in store. I go there very next morning after that email and i find they had many in stock and no deliveries came in making it the only case is that someone didn't do thier job right. Then when i want my money back because im not waiting for shipping when it was there and never needed to be shipped. They tell me in store they can't refund me and today after 13 days of order being cancelled i still have no refund and then i call walmart.com number and talk to them and they barely listen to a word you say then until i demand a manager. Then the manager from walmart.com tells me he can't refund either and just keep waiting. So hence if you want anything from walmart never go though walmart.com if you have to get anything from walmart go there and find it in store yourself because the workers don't know how to do thier job or care about anything then give the customer a hard time for what they could just fix. "
"I ordered an item on line which stated 2day shipping. Ha what a joke. Said would arrive by 11/14 but I figured because of the Veterens Holiday it would be a day later. Nope. Today is the 16th and when checking on my order it is still being processed. Hasn’t even left the facility yet. I called and the rep was just saying things that a person would want to hear and blew off the questions I was asking. So, if you are in a hurry and depending on that 2 day shipping DON’T. Shop Amazon. I ordered something from them and got it when they said and had to call because something was missing. They are replacing the item overnight shipping with no charge to me and sending me a label to return the original purchase.
Oh 1 other thing, They didn’t waite to charge my credit card. That was done immediately.

"I ordered and Item on 11/07/18 order was supposed to be be at the store by 11/10/18. On 11/10/18 I received an email stating the my order was delayed until 11/12/18. Well on 11/12/18 my order was still not ready for pick up. I received an email on 11/13/18 stating my item was ready for pickup. The Walmart.com associates offered me a $5 off coupon bcuz it was more that the 10%off my item that they usually offer. It gets worse the $5off coupon had to be used on an item $15 or more. Oh and let me not leave out that they offered two of them. I lost my job behind this because I needed my item by 11/12/13 to work from home. All they could do was apologize and one rep said she knew how it felt to be without a job. Bottom line NEVER shop online with these people they don’t care about your order once you pay for it the 2day shipping they offer is a joke!!!! "
"On Friday, November 9th, I placed an online order for an electric toothbrush. For two days, the order status displayed "processing" followed by a complete order cancellation on Sunday around 10:30pm. Right when the order was canceled, I contacted Walmart customer service to get some answers. The representative told me that the order was canceled because it was placed on a device different from what was registered to the Walmart account... I was told to wait 30 minutes before placing the order again, but this time on the same device the account was created on.
I waited one whole hour and placed the order again Sunday night around 11:50pm. Come Monday night around 10:00pm, the order was still listed as "processing" so I decided to call customer service again to check on my order. The representative told me the order is good to go for shipping soon and everything was working fine.
Not to blow your mind or anything, but today, Tuesday, November 13th at around 1:00 pm, my order was canceled... I called Walmart customer service AGAIN to figure out what the hell was going on. I told the rep my order was canceled twice now and he told me the same, exact story I was told the last time my order was canceled. "Wait 30 minutes before placing your order again." I told the rep I was told the same thing the other day and he needed to do more research into the order. After being place on hold for a good length of time, he told me he would escalate the situation to the "manager" and to wait 24 HOURS to place the order again...
I am so disappointed and frustrated. This whole experience makes me not even want to shop at Walmart online or in store anymore. "
"I ordered a vacuum on 11/8/18. The order said it would arrive on 11/10/18. I drove down a mountain to receive my order. And it has not arrived. I called Walmart.com and it has not even been shipped yet. I cancelled that order. I will order from amazon instead."

"I ordered two solar spotlights and was charged for two and only received one of the spotlights. I contacted both Walmart and Albertsons and got no solution. My solution is to never buy anything online from either of these two companies."
