"I bought an Irobot on Walmart.com the cost was 778.00 and they sent it by Fedex, I have on video that Fedex never left the item, and call walmart and they told me that as fedex says that I can not give a refund of my money or send another replacement, they told me that I have to make a police report, what happens is that I do not have who stole the item was fedex I never gave it so I can not make a report, in short they are thieves and I'll post this everywhere, it's not fair that your money is stolen and you run out of protection .............."
"I have had a problem ordering on Walmart.com for the last 4 weeks. I have contact customer care 4 times and each one tells me it would be fixed within 72 hours. There is something about my account that all of a sudden the website is having trouble with. I have had this account for years. Still not fixed after 4 weeks and talking to 4 customer care people.
I had to place my last order as a guest, which is annoying because to check on an order you have to put in your email and order #. Plus, I received 3 of my items on 11/1, as stated when I ordered. Four of my items stated I would also receive by 11/1, I did not. I contact customer care and all they can say is sorry but your order is delayed. They are no help and just fill you with stuff to get rid of you. Between Walmart.com and the Walmart in Jackson, TN (Emporium Dr), the store just moves things around but their shelves are always empty. "

"Sure, the money savings might look appealing, but you will not get your items quickly and will get the run around when you speak to staff. From order to receipt it took 12 days for my items to arrive. That is too long. They say they are competing with amazon, but they aren't even close. "Apparently, Walmart.com does not care about the quality of their third-party vendors. I recently ordered a product from Walmart.com I needed for the installation of my heating system. The product was coming from third-party vendor - Healthy Harvest. They said it would take about 2 weeks. After about three weeks I still had not received the item, so I inquired about the status of my shipment. The tracker said it was delivered more than a week earlier. And this is what Walmart tried to tell me. However, the tracking stated that the package shipped weighed 1.8 lbs. - the item I ordered weighed at least 20 lbs. Apparently they figured out that the item did not ship. But, instead of apologizing and reshipping the item, the simply canceled the order - without telling me - and issued a credit. But, I needed the product for my heat, and had already waited more than 3 weeks. So, with the help of a customer service manager, the order was replaced. Minutes after I received the order confirmation email, I received an order cancellation email. Completely frustrated, I again contacted customer service. They could not provide an explanation for the cancellation. They contacted the third-party vendor directly, who claimed that they were no longer selling the item. But the item is still on the Walmart.com website! And, it has been more than three weeks since I ordered. This is just ridiculous - and very poor customer service. I will not be buying from Walmart.com again."

I went to the store to pick up the groceries that I ordered online. I had an issue with this. The store employee said that I can not order groceries online if I dont have a car to pick the groceries up in. I use call a bus bec I am disabled. I only have a short time in the store which is why I prefer ordering online. The call a bus will not wait an extra 5 minutes bec they are on a timed schedule. I would still like to order online so please tell me how I can pick up my groceries. Thank you

Walmart grocery does offer delivery in select locations. Unfortunately it looks like the Camillus store does not offer delivery services. Check other nearby Walmart's to see if they offer delivery services because that would be a great alternative. If that is not possible, having an alternative pickup person might be the best option.

"Two day shipping is not true. Needed a bed comforter right away. Two sites had it online and I went with Walmart because they stated I would receive the item within two days. Shipping status reflected shipped and the correct arrival date for two days and out of nowhere status changed to delivery the next day. Should have just went with amazon prime; at least they compensate you when they don’t meet the delivery date! I will be returning upon delivery "
"Walmart does not provide returns or exchange a size. The store customer service just told me to find the vendor for service. This seems to lack accountability to their customers. After trying and failing to contact the vendor directly via link they provided and phone numbers out of service. I had to just give up. Now I’m stuck with two kid sized sneakers for an infant.

"I opened a Walmart account online today to purchase an xbox. Each attempt to order the item resulted in my credit cards, which I re-verified are perfectly in order, being declined and a fraud alert being activated. I called Walmart and the customer service rep verified that it was Walmart that caused this, and that she could update the account to allow the charge. Unfortunately, the information the customer service rep gave me did NOT match my information from my credit card companies, which I received via email. At that point it seemed prudent to deactivate my account immediately as I did NOT trust Walmart to correctly process my transaction. I will order the xbox I want from a different source. "
"I purchased a coffee maker and toaster before I moved into my new apartment. Do not buy Bella brand they do not work. I have wasted so much time on email and "chat" with their customer service. They are out to rip off elderly customers. Last week I purchased a clothes drying rack as it broke during assembly. I can not afford to shop at Walmart anymore as it takes too much of my time buying defective products and then hours with customer service emails, phone and chat.

"10-13-18, Because I'm out of state, I ordered (grand kids new baby gift) on line for store pick up. This was almost a $300.00 order which is alot for a senior citizen. (I ordered baby crib with drawer, mattress and crib sheet set.) 10-15, Was notified mattress and sheets shipped, crib processing. 10-17 email saying mattress and sheets ready, crib would be there Monday 22nd. I told kids, they decided to wait and get all at once... I put tracker on shipment. 10-19 Fed Ex notified me crib was delivered. I told my kids, 10-20, Kids went to store (Chester Virginia) to pick up. They were told the crib was NOT THERE. They were given a receipt for (picking up) the crib... ( They didn't look at receipt until later, not realizing the store employees were inept.) They called me and told me they got the mattress and sheets. 10-21, I was sent a confirmation that they picked up the crib. 10-22 I read the email, went on line chat to correct the mistake. Associate sent me Fed Ex delivery verification with name of employee who signed for crib. She then put an escalation on the order and told me that I should hear something 24-48 hours. Twenty minutes later I received email saying that the crib had been picked up. I called the store spoke to lay away, explained that there had been a mistake. Associate checked computer saw crib pick up receipt. I explained again, my kids picked up the mattress and sheets. She sent another associate to look for crib, associate got on phone telling me they picked up the crib... I explained AGAIN... layaway lady gets on phone says they don't have the crib. I called back spoke to a grocery manager because order manager supposedly not there. I explained AGAIN... Grocery manager supposedly went to look for crib (I'm on hold AGAIN). Jewelry picks up the line, I tell her I'm waiting for a manager who's checking something for me, she apologizes then instead of putting me back on hold she disconnects the line. A few minutes later I get another email saying the mattress and sheets are ready to be picked up. I'M NOT LETTING THIS GO!!! I spent $200.00 for this particular crib... 10-23, TODAY, I called the store again... Asked for another manager. Get manager, I explain the whole problem FOR WHAT THE FIFTH TIME??? He puts me on hold for a few minutes comes back on the phone and says he found the crib... They had put it on the floor to be sold... (I had told the manager from yesterday that I suspected that's what happened.) I believe that they had decided to display that particular crib since it was a popular color and style (gray with a drawer) and have my kids wait for another shipment. If I hadn't stayed on top of this my new great grand baby would have outgrown the crib before he ever got to sleep in it.... I'm very unhappy with everyone I've dealt with up to today. I probably will never order from walmart.com again unless I have it delivered to the home address. Update: My family was finally able to pick the crib up from the store yesterday (10-24-2018) after waiting thirty minutes to RE-FIND the misplaced crib..... I can't believe these people..."
"Already waited a week with the original ship date. Now it's been bumped another couple days, and it's just barely shipped when it was due to arrive tomorrow. SO LAME!! Oh yeah, and they already started the warranty that I purchased before I even have the laptop in my hands! So dumb!!
