"Ordered a TV online, received a Huffy bicycle instead. Called and they sent me a RMA and was instructed to bring the bike to the post office to return it. Meanwhile, they claimed to have a replacement TV on the way. After the weekend I received an email that stated that the replacement TV would be shipped when they received the bike back. Sent the bike back, ordered a third TV. Bike was received back at the warehouse (as confirmed on the phone), but no refund can be issues until it is properly scanned. WTF? How did they know it was at the warehouse if it had not been scanned? Anyway, they state to allow up to 10 days to scan the item. Meanwhile TV 3 gets delivered to the store, I pick it up, install it, and it is broken on first attempt to use it. Back to the store to return #3, order TV#4 at the same time. Walmart.com cancels order #4 inexplicably, so I order TV #5. Meanwhile, customer service states that the bike is now successfully scanned, but it may take another 10 business days to see the refund, but not to worry, the refund has been initiated. In other news, the 2 day delivery of TV #5 has been delayed. Surprise (not)! Receive TV #5 6 days after ordering, and it works! Following up on the refund from TV #1 (which was delivered as a bike), it has been over two weeks, and the story is that they are having system problems, and they are working on it. Could be some time (undetermined)."
"Tried to buy RCA Galileo tablet. $30 less than Amazon. They cancelled the order 2 days before delivery due to out of stock, unknown when they would get more. Amazon had it in stock. Was Wal-Mart ever going to sell it for that price? Or were they hoping I'd buy something more expensive? "
"I tried to order two TVs from the Walmart.com website and within an hour my order was canceled. I called my Credit Card company thinking that there may be an issue with them, but no it was Walmart that canceled my order. I tried this multiple times and got the same results. Then I called them several times, placed on hold for 30-60 each time, then they hung up on me.

"I was staying in USA this summer and I had a chance to experience Walmart for the first time. I heard some bad feedback about it, but I've got to say this store is awesome! Such great selection of products and such great price! Shopping online is even better and actually even cheaper! They guarantee free shipping and 2 day shipping & update you if there's any delay. "I ordered an Oster 22lb turkey oven roaster and sent me an Oster18lb turkey oven roaster. the order came in fast but wrong item. I called customer service and i got the autorization BUT they won't ship my replacement until they receive the return item. this is horrible because it is not my fault, they ship the wrong item. somebody in the warehouse/shipping can't read. so all these hassles I decided to cancel my order and I have to wait my refund until they receive the returned item. Very bad customer service. Don't shop online at Walmart. They have very bad return policy. And most of all criminal Hillary Clinton is sitting on the Board of Directors. Ban Walmart"
"I was trying to cancel an order that already shipped and an hour of transfers and phone calls later they tell me to refuse the order when it gets and when they recieve it at walmart theyll give me a refund at least 3 weeks later. The shipping company was helpful when i called but the dummies at walmart do t know how to corrdinate with there systems. Never again im not stepin foot near walmart"

Walmart pointing the finger to their market place. The
market place should have ethics and know their faults, and how to correct them. This is poor business.
I had one week, of no one calling me back. In this time, I spoke to chat support, daily, asked for escalation. I've asked for call backs.
higher rep, at one point set up a conference call with me, and never called me for the call or even when I waited an hour, I then called in, got
escalated. Was never transferred to "Tammy". Was lied to by the escalation Rep, asked to be transferred to manager, was told no, they'll call me
back in 24-48 hours. It's a week later and not person has called or treated me with decency. Chat support, customer via email, has stopped
replying to my emails and sends me a seperate email of a $25 dollar voucher that I need to speed $45. and mind you this was after I spoke to a
higher rep asking them to make this right. When they offered a higher deal, then just blew me off. I need justice on this.
All I keep hearing is someone else pointing the finger, and a small, we can make it right
on another dining set, however I'll have to pay way more out of pocket to get the quality
that I ordered and was taken away Unjustly.

All those were done and I have screenshots to prove. At this point Walmart or market place
needs to take accountability. You do have access to this table set. It's still on your
website!!!! Under a different heading with an $800 + price increase.

"Normally I order items from eBay or Amazon because I am a Business Prime Member. But I had heard that Walmart was a good alternative to the other two. And Walmart had it in stock and for only a little more. So I ordered the item from Walmart and kept checking the tracking. On Friday Oct.16th. the item was supposed to be delivered. I took off work waited all day for the item. The item was never delivered by Walmart. The following day when I called Walmart they said the ordered had to be canceled. Walmart cost me a great deal of wasted time and a huge delay in installing my TV. Next time I will give very little consideration when ordering from Walmart.com for delivery of an item."
"I'd returned a pool table, which came broken and Walmart did receive on 09/17. I'd called them 4 times to receive my money back ($308.00) and last time the person told me that they had a system problem and I have to simply wait.... Very **** with his situation. Thinking about suing them, asking not just for the money back, but for damages and compensation."
"I feel so frustrated that the company with such a good reputation and potential brought me to this aweful experience. I bought 3 sweaters and never saw a warning while I was making a purchase that the item cannot be retuned to Walmart store. I got this warning ONLY in the email confirming the shipment. So disappointing... if I would see a note ‘Cannot be returned to Walmart Store’, I would never make a purchase. Each of 3 sweaters was from a different 3rd party seller and I could not find contact info for any of them even thought Walmart stars that help should come from a seller. "The Walmart.com Order on line system is terrible. Let's start with I bought a 65 Inch Vizio at the store which 10 days later the screen went black I returned it and ordered a new tv on line that showed up on time 2 days later. The new tv arrived and the sound outlet ports did not work, This is were it goes down hill I return the tv to the store the guy in customer service instead of placing my card in the card reader sends the credit through the system which takes 4 to 5 business days. Now I'm mad because I need to order a new tv and have to now spend another 600.00 without having the credit for the tv I returned. I purchase the new tv the email I received says he tv will be delivered in two days, my wife takes the day off work to wait on the new tv. I call the tracking information and the shipper says the tv will arrive in 8 to 10 business days totally unacceptable. I called there customer service thy said they can cancel the order but that because there shipper had the tv I would need to wait possibly 5 to 6 business days for them to return the tv before they could issue me a credit. I did not contract the shipper they did so now according to them I have to wait. HOW THE HELL IS THIS RIGHT HAVE THEY LOST THERE EVER LOVING MIND.I CALLED CHASE AND THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT THE MONEY IN FULL AND BACK CHARDED WALMART. Thank you Chase for caring for your customers. I wish I could give Walmart a Negative star rating. I will never ever ever ever ever did I say EVER buy anything form Walmart on line EVER AGAIN !!! "
