"Walmarts shipping is terrible. We ordered 2 items on an early monday morning and recieved only half the package 2 days later. After calls to walmart and fed ex, all they did was blame each other.
The order was a total of $42 and eligible for 2 day shipping. They finally sent the rest of our order out a today and said it will be here Wednesday, a week late! Now we are waiting 9 days on an order that was suppposed to come the week before with 2 day shipping. Pathetic!"
"Just be clear, you only have a chance of getting 2 day shipping if you order on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday . They do not deliver on weekends so this is 2 business day shipping. If you order on Tuesday and it ships on Thursday, you won't get it before Monday. "
"I had a Defective Leveno Laptop which I sent back within 10 day. Walmart sent me the return label. I repacked it and send it via USPS. From USPS I got a copy that it was sent. Seven days later on my web account the words "returned" showed up. Then nothing happened for 28 days. NO refund to my Visa card. I asked and Walmart wanted more information... then from Visa I received a letter asking for copies of receipts, dates purchased, date set, tracking # etc.
I thank God that I keep copies of EVERYTHING when dealing with with Walmart (you should too!) Finally, after working with Visa customer service I asked to work with a Visa supervisor. They got action and they credited my account and said they will deal with Walmart directly. 2 Weeks latter I get a letter from Walmart Refund Notices has been processed. 9 weeks. BAD"

"Walmart at Quarry Bend in Sandy Utah is the absolute WORST PickUp location. After placing my PickUp order yesterday afternoon, I was told that my order would be ready today between 3-4 pm. I arrived at 3:26. Long story short, I left WITHOUT MY GROCERIES at 4:40 pm. AN HOUR AND FORTY MINUTES??? After calling the PickUp number twice, and the store once, I was told that they were "pulling my order" and that the 3 Assistant Managers working in PickUp had never worked there before. WHAT??? To make matters worse, after calling the Walmart.com phone number and speaking to a Customer Service Rep, the best he could do was cancel my order (gee, thanks) and give me a $20 credit for another PickUP. Um, no. What about a free order? What about that order, delivered tonight at no charge? Why would I need $20 for pickup when it is the absolute worst service ever??? In the time that I waited, I could have shopped for my own groceries in HALF the time! Don't offer this service if you aren't prepared for it. "
"I ordered a switch bundle from walmart online. I got the point that it's gonna ship from a third party so it took longer then usual to ship out. But I waited 3 days and my order hasn't been picked up yet, which in other website like Amazon or Best buy the item probably arrived already! So I decided to cancel and reserve in Best Buy store to pick up and I got my switch in the same day! Walmart online is terrible at cancelling orders. I can't cancel on my own, have to go through customer service and it took a WEEK just for cancellation request. And I was promised by a customer service guy that I would receive an email if order was officially cancelled when I chat with CS the second time. Guess what, I was told my order was cancelled 5 days ago by their CS in the third time I asked, but I didn't receive any email nor the status of order online stating "cancelled". For sure I didn't see the refund in my bank account yet and have to wait until 7 days after the "cancelled" day to make sure they did or did not give me the money back. The whole process is just order, cancellation, and refund, taking about 2 weeks and still ON GOING! Don't shop walmart online unless you like getting into problems."
"shipped me a lawnmower with missing parts. lied to me about sending a replacement. after 3 failed attempts to return it via fedex i was informed that it is considered a hazardous item and i would need to return it personally. guess what, a lawnmower doesn't fit in my car. I'm stuck with a useless piece of garbage and out $200. literally 11 calls to customer service and over 6 hours of my own time spent trying to solve the issue only to be told it's my problem not theirs. on the plus side they were very curtious and friendly while they where telling me that Im basically F'ed. I'll never use walmart.com again."
"First off, they fail to tell you that all of your items are delayed, shipped separately, and the shipping time kept changing. None of my items were on time and none of them worked. So now it brings me to returns...... you have to email each seller separately and pay for your own shipping to return each item. Just a big turnoff considering how many websites handle these types of things for you. Stick to Amazon."
"I have no idea how Walmart intends to compete with amazon or any other large online retailer. Delayed orders are a regular thing. Items rarely arrive on the "arrives by" date. Even if the error is on their part you will have no compensation or any kind of consideration. "

"I asked for cancel the current order since the address is typo, and online representative said done. So I placed a new order. Later when I received the order, I found walmart only cancelled partial of my order, and I got double items. Then I asked for return, walmart said that the order is from third part, I should contact them, and the seller refused to pay the returned shipping cost. So I asked online representative again, she is rude and mean, said that is policy, I must pay return shipping fee. BUT it is not my fault, they misleading me to double buy the item. They wasted my time to deal with this terrible things. So sad, will never bought anything on Walmart.com or store. "

"Very horrible. If you don't pay attention to you're account they will double charge you sometimes triple charge you for an item. When you call and confront them they want to say oh you didn't pay but you know it was deducted from your account and your bank will also confirm the payment was made. They don't want to replace you're item when they come in the mail damaged or broken. The customer service number for the online representative is a nightmare 90% of them are rude ."
"I just had a horrible and frustrated experience with Walmart online order. I ordered three items for two students (two desks and one bookshelf) on Aug 24. I received email message telling me that the items have been shipped the next day, but I need to wait for another email notifying me for picking up at the local store; However, there was no any email sending to me over the next ten days when school had already started, I called Walmart on Sept 6 , eventually I had two items (both were desks by nature) picked up at the local store on Sept 7 (though the labeling said one of them was a "bookshelf" instead of "desk"). We had called the Walmart Custermor line at least 3 more times afterwards about the third item (bookshelf), no one cares, no one get back to us, no one tell us where and when the third item is going to come. After I emailed Walmart on Sept 16 about the lost bookshelf, Walmart refunded the "desk", and no one mention anything about the "bookshelf". I can forgive mistakes for mixing up desk with bookshelf, but I can not accept the way that I was treated by Walmart customer service. No one cares about my order, no customer follow up even I have called multiple times for lost item ...now I understand why there are over thousands of customers who had voiced their frustrations about Walmart! "
