"So im in my office taking calls for my job, minding my ow business. Then comes a knock at door. Great its our walmart delivery of groceries. My gf Lisa answers the door. "your number isnt in service and Ive been calling you for the past hour" shouts the angry delivery man.

Evidently the delivery was late. A fact we were both unaware of, but the angry walmart guy was aware of, and, evidently seemed to be expecting a fight.
He shoves the paper in Lisas chest and is shouting now almost incoherently about the wrong phone number he has.
At this point I leave my desk and say in as calm a voice i could muster, "hey friend what is the problem here?" The guy says to Lisa, "whats this guy gonna do something?. Coming out here like a big man." Then to me, "you gonna do something to me?"

I stand in our doorway and ask him and watch in disbelief as he throws our groceries back on his cart and is attempting to leave. By now Lisa is like screw this and is bringing in boxes herself. We empty the boxes and throw them at the raging delivery guy. We somehow managed to get our groceries in the apartment and then managed to lock the door as he is left in the hallway challenging me to come out and have a tussle presumably. He begins reassembling his load all the time trying to get a fight and is still yelling as the elevator doors close.
I am not embellishing or exagerating. In fact it is a ttame recount of the experience. This guy needs to be in prison. The only thing more shocking is Walmarts remedy. $15 off our next order. Rich. Let it be known that walmart employs angry out of work MMA fighters to deliver groceries. Worst experience ever. I stopped working for 4 hours, my rather fragile GF has been crying all night, her faith in humanity challenged."
"My laptop was breaking and I needed a replacement for my final year of grad school. I looked on Walmart.com and was surprised to find extremely low prices. Considering Walmart is a brick and mortar store I didn't really worry about purchasing online as I imagined it would be legitimate. However, my orders were cancelled three times by Wal-mart's website. I called to ask them about why my orders were being canceled. The customer service reps had no idea and told me to try again in 30 minutes. This happened three times and I was NEVER able to order the laptop. I think the third-party seller they list on their site is a scam artist and Walmart facilitates that. "

Hello my name is Alichia, a loyal customer of WalMart for many, many years. To encounter this mishap is so devastating to me. I purchased a desktop computer in December, 2017 and I then purchased a 3 year warranty along with it. About a month or so ago my desktop would not operate, I then called WalMart customer care to acknowledge my warranty, they then directed me to Hp. I gave HP a call to tell them about the product warranty which I was then told that the warranty was expired and the product was outdated and should not have been sold. They said WalMart changed the windows on the devise which was highly not recommended for the outdated computer. I then called Wal Mart back to tell them of all the information that I had just learned only to be rejected and for them to tell me to summit some kind of document saying that HP wouldn't honor the warranty in order for WalMart to honor it. So here I am a loyal customer trying to prove to CUSTOMER SERVICE why they should consider honoring my warranty.

I called to ask why and was told "Oh we cancel everyone's order the first time they use a new payment method. Put your order in again" so I did. And 4 hours later Walmart canceled it again.This time I was told "we don't know why but order it again". 4 hours later Walmart canceled it again. This time I was told that as a security feature Walmart compares each of your orders to the previous one and if your order comes in from a different IP address it's automatically canceled - for example if you order from your phone and are using your carriers plan one time and on the WiFi at your place of business the next time. Sorry your order will be canceled. Then 24 hours later I got an email stating it was a glitch on Walmart's part -not my fault at all (not my payment method, not my IP address). These people are clueless"
