"I was emailed that my item was delivered and it wasn’t (also says that in my account online). The hard to understand person I spoke to sent me an email saying I have a credit for the item that I didn’t receive coming to me, and I’’m hoping I can trust that email more than the other information they are putting out there! I will not do business with Walmart online again if I don’t see that refund soon."
"Pre ordered 2 items, on the release day Wal-Mart.com cancelled 1 of the items. I called to complain and they said oh but its available in your local store go order it while on the line for in store pick up and they would make sure it went through. Well I sent my husband to stop on his way home thank god because there were only a couple left on the shelf and they haddent even pulled mine for pick up the next day at noon. So if 2 mpre people came in right behind my hubby then huess what....I wouldnt get that order either. They promised me my other one was already in processing and I would receive that one for sure......thank god once again they had that one in store and the hubby got that one too because guess what.....6 days later they cancelled that one as well,from my paid pre order. Called walmart.com to complain, they didn't care at all! Called corporate and they wouldnt allow me to speak to anyone else but Wal-Mart.com....well thats AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!! This isnt the first time Wal-Mart.com has zcrewed me over and now I'm completely done....hello Amazon shopping for everything!!!"
"I purchased a product from Walmart nearly four weeks ago. The product claims to have shipped, got delayed, and according to the tracking number it was never shipped in the first place. There is no way to cancel my order, no way to simply request a refund, nothing of the sorts that would allow me to do anything about this situation."
"Seriously the most hassle and drama from any online store I've ever ordered from. First it was 5 weeks to ship my order, then they lost 1/3 boxes so I couldn't even put my product together. Then once they found it they told me it was going to be another 3 weeks to get the replacement package. I should've spent an extra hundred dollars to shop somewhere else. Lesson Learned. "
"The shipper they use, Someday Worldwide, should be called Samedecade, as they completely missed the estimated date to receive shipment by about 1000%. Purchased on a Thursday, supposed to deliver on or before the coming Sunday, after 2 weeks the incompetent shipper didn't even know where it was and had stopped updating its tracking website after 1 week.
Then came trying to deal with Walmart to get this returned and refunded. Terrible. It took almost 1-1/2 months for this to get resolved for something that should have been in possession 3 days after ordering.
I will never even go into their brick and mortar stores anymore. I am absolutely never to shop Walmart in any form ever again. What a garbage company."
"Placed a large order, was cancelled, customer service wasn't sure why asked me to wait 30 minutes, waited 45 and placed order again, cancelled, called again, asked me to wait another 30 minutes and place order again!! Suggest you find another option for a purchase, if not this is what you will deal with. But then next thing you know we saw a fish eating another fish that was dead and we also saw two angle fish dead at the top of the fish tank and by the way the fish that were dead looked like they have been rotting their for at least a couple days. "This site is horrible . Someone bought me a gift but it was for the wrong gaming system. I tried contacting online because for some reason when you buy something online it is from a third party source and its impossible to return it to the store.. Normally in any other store like best buy you can go the return the item if you bought it online. You can go right to the store. But Walmart does not because for some reason their online product sku numbers dont match up the store skus. With actual makes no type of sense making customers lose out on their money... the customer service for this was a joke. The online staff will tell me to contact the store and the store wolud tell me to contact the online. In addition when i finally had enough, i tried to contact a store maneget at Walmart Lynn Mass. I was on old for 40 minutes hung up twice before i could even talk to any one. When i finally got a chance i hand to explain the situation to 3 different people that were regular employees because the did not want to tranfer me for some reason and because they tranfer to what department the thougj best would deal with the situation even thou i ask them for for the customer service manager at th beginning of each call. At this point i ll will take the 80 controller loss but will never shop online or here again. "
"1) Ordered 2 pillow shams at the same time. They sent them separately and charged shipping for each. $12+ for shipping two little shams.
2) Ordered two mini-blinds. Was told several days later they were no longer in stock. Went to Walmart. Found the exact blinds for about half the price. Didn't know they jacked the price up on-line.
Will not use them again. "

"WalMar.com never delivered our order. When we contacted them, they said the item was out of stock. When it was back in stock I wanted it sent to a different address so that someone would be home and unbelievably they said no. They also said they would call me back the next day and not surprisingly they did not. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they could not locate one.
