"Glasses were received with a flaw. I called customer service same day, I was asked to send a picture. A day or two later after I called & was told to send the glasses in and Zenni would in short determine how the damage occurred. Several days after sending the glasses & confirmed that they had been received by Zenni. I was then told that it will take another two weeks for them to make their determination. Product arrived to me damaged & they had poor communication. I asked for a refund. I do not recommend & I will not return."

"I had to get glasses for the first time a year ago. Zenni made the process very easy and straight forward after I received my prescription. There are so many options to choose from, and a feature that allows you to try on the frames virtually to see how they'll look on you. The price can't be beat and I've ordered new pairs since then with the same satisfaction of service.
