Poor Shipping Options and Follow-Through

"The shopping experience was okay but your shipping choices need more opens. I chose standard USPS, the item shipped from CA on the 4th and was suppose to deliver on the 12th. I just tracked it and it is still in Mobile Alabama 9 days later. USPS does not update their tracking information on a timely basis leaving customers hanging and not knowing when to truly expect their glasses"
