"The glasses I received were wrong and gave me blurred double vision. Not even close. ( same experience as last purchase). Attempted contacts via email and chat were ignored. The financial transaction was flagged as fraud which automatically cancelled my credit card causing real problems regarding other transactions. I finally had a phone conversation with Juan who was not able to rectify the return refund request. Your TOS says return refund requests are honored if done within 14 days of delivery. The request was made in compliance to the 14 day window and as of now there is no mailing label to return the product and no refund. The feeling is that Zenni is slow walking the process to avoid providing the promised refund. This is unacceptable. Zenni provided poor product and poor service on a prior purchase and I was convinced that product and customer service had improved to such a degree that I chose to give Zenni a second chance. This was my mistake. I was fooled twice by Zenni. I won’t be fooled again. "
