"When we signed up for your electric generation servies,you guaranteed that you would net meter and not charge us for the solar power generation that we produce from our 32 solar panels on the roof of our house. Your company lied to us.if you had been truthful our bill woul have been 90% or less than what you charged us.So we canceled our contract within the no penalty period and teturned to West Penn Power. They said that our experience with you in ignoring net metering for customers who geneate their own power is relatively common among alternative power generating companies. Thank you, but no thank you for your less than honest service to us."

"The phone call to cancel my service was fine however I then received a deceitful email telling me in bold print $50 early termination fee may be charged & expect your payment of $50. Please remit to....There was no cancelation fee. I feel this was a slimey, deceitful email designed to trick/scare innocent people into paying you $100 (gas $50 + electric $50) or stay with your service.This is shameful corporate behavior."
