"I had been a customer of EMC for about 20 yrs. I was out of town & missed a payment by 2 days.Bingo, I was charged their standard late fee of 10%. Not long after that I received an invitation from Constellation & accepted it & have been with you for over a year & just renewed my contract for a year. Keep up the great work with customer service even though your rates are not the lowest in town. The few times I have called, I am answered promptly. I should thank EMC for charging me a late fee after no other instances of late payment in 20 years. Otherwise, I may not have changed gas providers."

"For some reason my standard EFT payment thru my bank was rejected by you and returned, even though I or my bank had made no changes in the set up and you had been accepting that exact payment set up (customer number, etc.) for the past 8 months. The one question that you were not able to answer is why suddenly did you reject a payment that you had been accepting? The agent did not have the payment rejection and information available to investigate the why question. I was able to pay by credit card online and avoid a late fee. I also went into my banking account and reintered the customer number to be sure it was accurate. Hope this fixed it."
"Your phone agents seem to need training on renewal energy guidelines provided by Constellation. I still am not sure what happens to my excess energy my solar panels produce so I will need to cancel my service to be certain I get reimbursed for my excess energy as no one can give me anything in writing"
