"I had switched our electric at the end of our contract from Agera Energy - which Constellation had acquired (after Constellation wouldn't give me a quote). My new provider did everything right, I got the postcard from ERCOT that the switch had been made, and Constellation disregarded that switch and somehow switched our service back to them. Thus, I was charged by two different companies for two days - how does that even happen? Surely that is illegal?? Obviously, I am not happy at all with Constellation, however, my representative, Sultan, was nice and knowledgeable and I trust that he is taking care of this situation with a Market Track. My rate billed from Constellation was .0999/kwh, not including delivery fees- my rate from Agera was less than half that - what a ripoff. I would love for my review to be part of your online reviews."

"I've dropped Constellation/StarTex because of price gauging, and called because of screwed up billing. I wouldn't recommend you, even to an enemy. No one deserves that."

"I am with constellation last 2 plus years, after two years my bill has gone up and was told the problem will be fixed after 2 Billing cycles., we are living in the age of advanced technology, why it should take 2 billing cycle, The rate needs to be adjusted within one billing cycle and customer should get credit for overcharges."

"Overall service was very bad. I think it is unfair that if customer does not get their bill paid on the exact due date, a late charge is added to their bill. There should be a grace period of 5 days or so."

"Not impressed. Still no referral email and now they have changed the information saying my neighbor has to call herself for her referral email. She is 81 years old. Her husband just fell so to burden her with this is unacceptable especially when I was told she was all set to receive her email"
