"I had switched our electric at the end of our contract from Agera Energy - which Constellation had acquired (after Constellation wouldn't give me a quote). My new provider did everything right, I got the postcard from ERCOT that the switch had been made, and Constellation disregarded that switch and somehow switched our service back to them. Thus, I was charged by two different companies for two days - how does that even happen? Surely that is illegal?? Obviously, I am not happy at all with Constellation, however, my representative, Sultan, was nice and knowledgeable and I trust that he is taking care of this situation with a Market Track. My rate billed from Constellation was .0999/kwh, not including delivery fees- my rate from Agera was less than half that - what a ripoff. I would love for my review to be part of your online reviews."
