"I sent my old Sony Vaio battery to batteryrefill. They emailed postage label and I shipped out the battery. It was very simple. No hassle. I received a confirmation email a few days later, stated that I will receive my battery back in 7-10 days. I received my battery back in just 4 days later. My battery works over 3 hours now. It wasn’t even working over 10 minutes. I am very happy with result. I paid only $49 for the whole process and I couldn’t find new battery at this price. I highly recommend this service. "

"Ordered battery on 16/08/2006 credit card was charged straight away. Didn't received any battery or any email after a month. I wrote to them and the answer was that they just are "ready to ship" (after a month!!!!). I just bought a new battery (so it wasnt' about a change of battery)! They also ask me to pay an extra tax to ship this faster (with Global Express). I agreed to pay this and is two weeks from that day, and still counting ... The conclusion was that THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM! THE ONLY THING THAT YOU WILL DO IS TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

"It was definitely worth wait. The refurbished battery works amazingly good. I have a Fujitsu laptop that I purchased about 3 years ago. I was looking for the replacement battery from every possible websites including ebay. No one sells my battery. Be aware Fujitsu brand! I found that it’s very expensive to replace the Fujitsu battery even for those latest models. Anyway, my battery was flat dead before sending it and it is now working 3 hours at least. It’s probably lasting longer than 3 hours. Actually, I wasn’t really expected before sending it because it was not working battery. I am very happy with the result. I think batteryrefill is great service and excellent business idea."

"Ordered battery from this company on 9/2/06 credit card was charged straight away. Received an email 11 days later 9/13/06 stating that there was a problem with my address (despite 100s of online purchases being delivered to this address).
I replied the same day with an alternative address and then nothing.......
Have emailed requesting status and tracking number.

** Update***
Very poor customer service, took 11 days to inform me of address problem and then another 13 days to deliver to alternative address and this was only after a phone call.
The slowest and most unresponsive online store I have ever used.

"Sent a laptop battery to batteryrefill.com for "refilling", since the battery was getting weak. When returned, the battery was dead, and would not charge. Contacted the vendor describing the problem, and the battery was sent a second time. When the battery was returned the second time, the battery case was not completely closed, difficult to get into the computer, and the computer could not charge the battery. The vendor was notified, a request for refund was placed and the vendor made no response after the request for refund. Subsequently, the computer failed. The diagnosis was that the battery had caused failures in the power supply portion of the computer, which is part of the motherboard, and repair would require replacerment of the motherboard. Purchase of a new computer made more economic sense than motherboard replacement, but was a severe additional penalty for using an unknown provider who had promised a "money back guarantee" but provided none.
My dealings with this vendor seem to indicate a lack of knowledge and skill required to perform the work being advertised. I can only recommend to others that this is a vendor to avoid.

SLOOOOOOOOOOW service.

8/31/06: Shipped Dell Inspiron 5100 to Ebattery and Visa charged $79
9/5/06: Received email that Battery is at facility
9/12/06: Telephoned customer service. Assured battery would be shipped by end of week (9/15/06)
9/19/06: Telephoned customer service again. Extended their promise to the end of this week and promised to express-ship it. (9/22/06)

FROM THEIR WEBSITE:
Fast turnaround time. We can finish the refill service and have your refilled battery sent back to you in 7-10 business days after receiving your battery. Please allow approxiamately two weeks to complete the process. (After placing your order one week's time is needed to have your battery shipped to us and returned to you. It takes on average another week to refill and properly test your battery before it is sent back.)

IT HAS BEEN 20 DAYS AND COUNTING!!!

"This is a positive comment for these people.

My laptop battery failed. I use it everyday.
My job depends on it. They put me at ease by sending me a battery overnite. They also trusted me to ship my old battery back to them, which was done promptly to return the favor.

I had no diffuculty in getting a real person on the phone. Also the personal concern that they displayed for my situation was "one hell of a mark" of their good character. I will always be a loyal customer to them from this day forward.

"This is positive feedback for Battery Refill.

Battery refill ordered 5.4.06 and confirmation and mailing label received promptly.

I packaged and sent the battery for my Sharp RD-10 on 5.5.06. I searched the entire internet and this is the only place I was able to find.

5.10.06 Battery received by company notification.

5.17.06 Battery shipped by company notification. 7 day turnaround is faster then I expected, especially after reading some of the comments on this website.

5.19.06 Battery received in the mail. I deep cycled it six times.

I am happy to report that it works perfectly, and does indeed have about 20% more capacity then it did when I first purchased the laptop.

I will recommend this company to my friends.

"I placed an order on 5/7. My card was charged on 5/8. Today (5/16) having not received my battery, I called customer (dis)service, and was very flippantly told they will ship it out in a day or 2. Charging a credit card for an item not yet shipped is illegal, but when I questioned them about this, I got a "who cares" attitude from the phone drone. Was planning on buying at least 1-2 more batteries from them, won't happen now."

"Batteryrefill.com gave me a very unsatisfactory experience. This is due to 2 factors- terrible customer service and they are extremely slow to ship a product (but won't hesitate to charge your credit card). Here is my story:
I live in Asia, and instead of going through the time and hassle of shipping my dead battery overseas, so on March 1 I decided I would purchase one from them instead, thinking it would be quicker. A month goes by, and nothing. I email them, and they say to call them (but overseas calls are very expensive from my only phone, a cell phone). So give them a couple more weeks- nothing. I repeatedly email them and was ingored. After over 2 months, I got firm & threatened to report them for fraud, and the next day they apologized and sent a refund. But when you think something is being taken care of and it's not, that's just not good enough, especially considering it was TWO MONTHS.
