"First item arrived relatively quickly but stove pipe has not arrived. To company's credit, I received email asking if I had received stove pipe because UPS did not scan as being delivered. Apparently its lost or stuck in transit somewhere. That was Jan 12 for email and still no pipe or updated ETA as of Jan 19. I obviously can not complete stove installation until that pipe arrives. Honestly considering ordering another pipe from different source so wood stove can be used. I don't need it in April or May. I know the delivery part is not in company control, but to me, it is still a negative experience. Maybe company should send out replacement and they can find and deal with the first/ missing pipe."
