"I needed to order dual vent pipe for a gas fireplace that I was installing for my customer, so I went on line and searched 3 different sites that sold the product that I was looking to install. The fireplace store had all the components, but so did the other distributors. The one thing that stood out was that I was able to generate a purchase order in the late evening, which in great because I'm installing in the field all day, and received a reference number that I can use during the day when I have cell, but no internet reception. I placed my call, left a call back option ,and someone called me back later that day and we used that reference number and she converted it to a order and went over each item to confirm that I was placing it right. Second thing that I was very happy with is that I received emails telling me that my order was picked, packed and shipped, then was informed when it left Kentucky, when it arrived at the transfer site, when it arrived tristate and then I received an emailed to set up a delivery date and time by FedEx. This all happened within 5 days, wrapped on a skid in my driveway!!! That is very important to me as a small business owner, to hear truth in delivery and be taken care of so I can schedule with my customer and take care or them. Also they were able to have the fireplace warming their dinning room for Thanksgiving Dinner. Thank you and that is what makes America Great."

"I have seen these fans advertised for years but thought they were too expensive. I have a fireplace insert stove converted to a free standing stove and my blower unit finally wore out. When I tried to find a replacement motor for the blower unit (stove is 50 years old) could not find exact motor and the price was unbelievable for what my options were.
