"I don’t usually do reviews, but eFireplace store sure deserves one. I needed a new infrared burner for my BBQ and as usual started my search at Amazon. After finding several options there, I googled the infrared burner itself and eFireplace came up. The price was $40 lower than any place else, so I went ahead and orded. I ordered fairly late in the evening, but when I got up the next day, I already had several emails from them. They acknowledged receiving the order in the first one and then the next one let me know that the order had been shipped. I then got another email that gave great product information including specifications, installation information and a product manual. The next day I got an update on the shipping progress and the product Arrived the next day.
It is not often you find a company that gives Customer service that is this great. They will definitely be my go to store for anything they carry!

"Fireplace was delivered with no apparent damage. The base of the fireplace was bordered with 2x4 for shipment that hid major dent that bent frame. An access panel had fallen into interior and was severely bent. efireplace is unwilling to refund or replace stove because no damage was noted at time of delivery. "

"The logs and burner were correct and delivered on time. Products were as advertised and good quality. I ordered through a representative for an existing vented fireplace with an existing gas line. It would have been helpful if he (or the online materials) had pointed out the burner supply is prefixed to the right side and can't be changed. As a result, i had to route the gas line around to the right side. Not insurmountable in my case, but it could be for others."
