"Bought the juki ddl-8700, disassembled, with the T-leg table, and love it! shipping cost was so reasonable to east coast (dc) and the videos for assembly were really really helpful -- am totally amped by the machine now that it is setup and running! I was worried that the T-leg wheels would make the machine's table a bit shaky, but it works like a charm and even during the setup, the wheels were SO helpful to allow me to swivel back to front of the motor. high recommend, thanks for a wonderfully streamlined experience!"

"Spent about $2300 on a sewing machine and grommet press. Shipped quickly but had a quality issue with the grommet press and need to return. (Approx $90.) Dies were damaged by using the soft brass grommets provided and no longer work. I have received no replies to three separate emails over a two week time period to customer service. Interestingly, when I sent and email just prior to the purchasing inquiring about shipping, I received an email within an hour. They'll get back to you immediately when they want to sell you something, but not to back up their products. Listen to the other poor reviews, buy elsewhere. "
