"I ordered a heavy duty press and #10 die set that was indicated as matching the press -- this was a set meant to be purchased together. But the upper die with threaded insert had a smaller threaded insert than fit the threaded hole in the press; there was no way to properly use this die, it just fell out as it wasn't able to be installed. I emailed and called Goldstar and never received any communication back. I am desperate for assistance returning and replacing this piece or at the very least getting a refund for a $200 purchase I cannot use. This happened in mid-december and so its possible the company has gone on holiday vacation, but there was no communication of that. "
