I called today and they stated that the item was actually NOT in stock and that they would find out if the Purchasing Manager was able to order them to fill my order.. a backorder notice or SOME contact from the vendor would have been nice "

After waiting a week for delivery, I called and found out they hadn’t sent it because the item wasn’t in stock. I received no email or call or any notification about this. The item was not vital but the rest of my order was. Now I have to explain to the customer why the product will be 10 days late. Someone should have reached out or the inventory online should have been made accurate. "
