"Horrible customer service. My machine was sent to me in a reasonable time, but it was not the same as what was described on the website. At first, it was all peaches and roses. David was so glad to help. He buttered everything up and tried to make me feel special. After I described my issue, he has progressively been very rude to me, ignored my calls and made fruitless promises over and over again. When I call the "office" they just tell me that "No one besides David can help you with your problem, so you'll have to wait for him to call you back because he is busy right now." Seriously? Nobody else can help? I don't want to talk to David, he will just push me off another time! I have been trying to get my issue resolved since July, and it's now September. Last communication I had with them was that they said they would just send me a label to send the whole machine back. It never happened, and I called one more time at closing time that day. David just answered and said "I will call you back." then he hung me up. He never did call back and I haven't heard anything more from them for 2 weeks. I am exasperated over this company and their incompetence. I regret ever doing business with them and will never recommend them to anyone. Also, I tried to leave a review on their website, and that is not possible. Coincidence? I think not."

"Hole punch couldn't cut a single hole. I emailed about the problem, and was offered no solution except to call. The grommets and die set worked as expected, but the manual hammer style hole punch was worthless. No replacement or resolution offered by Gold Star. I would have expected a replacement punch to be sent."

"The $500 item did not work at all. I called twice for support and never got a call back. Returned product and my only got a $400 refund. After the company replied here, I have reached out to them about 5 times. They do not respond to calls or emails.
