"The Goldstar website was very easy to use. They had amazing prices and shipping was practically free, even for 150 pound sewing machine. My only complaint is the tracker did not work for me so I was unsure of when my machine would arrive. I contacted goldstar and they quickly responded that my machine was on its way. "
"Hole punch couldn't cut a single hole. I emailed about the problem, and was offered no solution except to call. The grommets and die set worked as expected, but the manual hammer style hole punch was worthless. No replacement or resolution offered by Gold Star. I would have expected a replacement punch to be sent."

"The $500 item did not work at all. I called twice for support and never got a call back. Returned product and my only got a $400 refund. After the company replied here, I have reached out to them about 5 times. They do not respond to calls or emails.
