WOW! I am SO FLIPPING impressed by this company! I was in charge of doing fish headbands for our schools Seussical the Musical. I needed decent headbands that would fit 5 year olds. I looked everywhere and finally Goldstar Tool showed up in my search. I was a bit hesitant....as one is now a days with all the horrible service and scam sites. But the site passed inspection and I found a great price on headbands. BUT THAT'S NOT THE END OF THE STORY!!!! TWIST.....DUN DUN DUUUUUNNNN......They were out of the headbands I had ordered. Do you know how I know.....??? I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM AN ACTUAL PERSON! Not an email...... AND THIS PERSON SPENT THE TIME TO CHECK STORAGE TO MAKE SURE I GOT THE HEADBANDS I NEEDED! My concerns were not over because then I was worried that I wouldn't get them in time..... THEY CAME 2 DAYS LATER! So...I just want to say THANK YOU GOLDSTAR TOOL...AND THE PERSON THAT CALLED ME! Our headbands turned out beautifully!"
