"The machine works great, but the lack of instruction is almost infuriating. The table does not have assembly instructions and the “tutorials” on YouTube are of the table already assembled. The user manual skips over the last several steps of machine installation, so I had to look up videos of other machines on YouTube and attempt to compare. I only received a user manual for the control panel on my machine in a different language, so I had to find the manual online. The link to the manual on the product page takes you back to Gold Star Tool’s home page, so I had to do some digging to find it. I don’t even think the manual that is linked for my machine is the right one, and it is a poor translation, so I tried to watch the “tutorial” for my machine on YouTube. It is not actually a tutorial and does not show you how to use the machine, just shows some of the features it has. Super frustrating."

Ordered the correct part and was told if I had difficulty with it they would create a video or any other helpful image! I feel certain I will be able to use the part correctly with any needed support from Gold Star! Didn’t know companies did this any more. So appreciative.

"Bought some really awful button shells to go along with the press. The shells do not work with the very expensive button die I purchased no matter how thin my fabric is. Company won't return my phone call. Don't give this this guy your money. Go to Kam Snaps instead."
