"I ordered a sleeve ironing board for my sister. The shipping was 99¢, which was excellent, but I made the costly mistake of having it shipped to my home in Hawaii, then had to ship it to Oregon. I admit that foolish mistake only because I want to say that the item was beautifully packaged for shipping. It's been a while since I've seen something prepared that carefully. I was also able to see for myself that it is sturdy and well made. My sister, who will be using it primarily for crafting doll clothes, is extremely happy with it, and excited to get busy with a new project."

"Things have been a little disorganized with the shipping of our package. Our package was shipped and the tracking said it was out for delivery but then it said there was a sortation delay and the package was heading to New York. Today it says the package is in NY and will be delivered by Monday, but I have no idea if it's coming back here to Kansas City. And when I called Goldstar Tool yesterday (2/22/23) to ask about where the package was I was told that it had only just shipped two days ago when my tracking said it shipped on the 16th. What is going on???"

"I ordered a straight edge and a binder applicator tool. They shipped separately. The last time I ordered a straight edge, the shipper had folded it at a 90° angle. This one looked like it had a slight Ben but when unpackaged it was perfect. Only issue was getting a tracking number but once I called it shipped the next day. Will shop with them again. "
