"The product was fine but they charged me 3 times for my purchase, I sent multiple emails to their customer service email with no response. It’s unfortunate because I would much rather source my tools from somewhere like Goldstar rather than Amazon or something but the lack of customer service is off-putting :( i’m going to have to contact my card company and hope they can get my refund for me. "
"Goldstar shows a great product on their website and sends you a poor quality similar product. Their customer service denies that the picture is not representative of the product the sent. They say they will provide a refund, after shipping the product back and paying a 20% restocking fee for delivering a poor quality product. Beware
