"Wanted a continuous run motor for a bar-tack machine. I told David I wanted the KP M7D and he says " I have a much better one than that." Come to find out, it did not look anything like the one I needed and did not have the bracket needed for the setup. After requesting to return it he said there will be a restocking fee. He also told me to write a note stating that I had made a mistake! The mistake is clearly with you David.
Also, when I discovered that the LED light that he pushed on me was $20 and can be found all day on ebay for $7 I asked him to remove it from the order but that was too difficult so he said that he would send a second one for free. However only one was shipped.
I have bought several machines and tables from goldstar and this will be the last time I ever do business with them. "

"I revised my original review due to the fact the David went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase of my Consew 228R-11-1. There was definitely some misunderstanding and communication breakdown with this purchase. When I was completely frustrated I reached out to David a said I would bring the machine to him for troubleshooting. That was Tuesday and on Wednesday I showed up. He had his technician ready to go through the machine, to find out it was a thread that jammed it. Then he ran through the machine with me, which was invaluable. His technician went above and beyond, a really great person. Thanks so much."
